As a Change Coach I work holistically, which can include exploring past events that led you here, without the need for detail. My primary focus is to help you move forward by finding the emotional links which are holding you back.

I use Hypnotherapy (similar to meditation) and emotional release tools to help you reach your goal – both highly proven effective techniques and extremely powerful when used together.

I work via Zoom or WhatsApp, allowing you to work from your own confidential space.

Everyone comes with their own life experiences, perspectives and aspirations making us all different.  Due to this, my sessions are person centred as no two individuals are the same.

Important facts

We were not born with anxiety, it is a behaviour we have learnt – we can control and reduce anxiety with the right tools.

When we have control of our thought’s we have control of our emotions – you can not have an emotion without a thought.

The brain is a muscle and requires retraining (exercising) to function at it’s best – to be silent, to factually think and not emotionally lead.
