I help people move forward, by releasing unhelpful emotions connected to the past and present, using Hypnotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) – both highly proven effective techniques and extremely powerful when used together. I work via Zoom or Telephone, giving you privacy and your own confidential space to work from. I work in a way which does not swim in the emotional past and does not make you relive difficult memories. It is my intention to help you feel better not worse and to be the best version of you, by allowing you to factually think again, rather than emotionally lead.
