As each individual is unique, I use a variety of techniques, tailoring each session to your needs, which can include; Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for a solution focused approach and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help organise thinking.
Coaching bridges the gap between where you are now, to where you would like to be (your goals), far more effectively than if you worked alone.
Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past. As the coach I am not the expert but, instead, I am the facilitator of learning. Coaching generates positive changes through feeling motivated, encouraged, supported and empowered.
The coaching relationship is equal between you (the client) and I (the coach), working on what comes up for you in the present moment, enabling you to break down unhelpful barriers to allow the creation of positive change.
