Empowering Through Change


Coaching bridges the gap between where you are now, to where you would like to be (your goals), far more effectively than if you worked alone.

Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past. As the coach I am not the expert but, instead, I am the facilitator of learning. Coaching generates positive changes through feeling motivated, encouraged, supported and empowered.

The coaching relationship is equal between you (the client) and I (the coach), working on what comes up for you in the present moment, enabling you to break down unhelpful barriers to allow the creation of positive change.

As each individual is unique, I use a variety of techniques, tailoring each session to your needs, which can include; Coaching, Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR, depending on who I am working with and what you have asked to work on.

What is Coaching used for

I work within the scope of both Transformational and Transactional coaching.

Transformational coaching specifically looks at what drives you, your internal world (thoughts and beliefs), and the emotions which motivate and sabotage you. This helps clients to become unstuck and move forward, particularly when they feel trapped or are at a turning point in their life and want to explore options which will help them to feel more fulfilled, and/or live their life purpose.

Transactional coaching is the process of achieving your desired goals, getting from A to B with clear set goals and agreed time frames.
