I start by inviting you to close your eyes to encourage the conscious mind to rest, which enables communication with your subconscious mind. I will then lead you to a relaxed state, by talking to you whilst comfortably seated or lying down. There will be no instant induction, but a slow comfortable invitation to allow your body and mind to become calm and relaxed. You will be in complete control of the process at all times and you will make the decision on how deep you go into hypnosis.
