When working in Hypnotherapy during the session, to provide extra privacy, we will both turn our camera’s off if using Zoom and use headphones if communicating via telephone (loud speaker is an option if that is your preference).
I will lead you to a relaxed state, by talking to you whilst comfortably seated or lying down. I will invite you to close your eyes to encourage the conscious mind to rest, allowing communication with your subconscious mind. All communication will be internal, with no need for you to speak out loud during the whole process. There will be no instant induction, but a slow comfortable invitation to allow the body and mind to be calm and relaxed. You will be in complete control of the process at all times and will make the decision on how deep you go into hypnosis, as ultimately you are in control of what happens.
Hypnotherapy communicates with the subconscious mind, which has enormous potential to change unwanted behaviours, by utilising the power of positive suggestion, and replacing old thoughts, feelings and behaviours with new ones – creating the power to make a positive change.
