Empowering Through Change


It is VERY important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you work with.  For this reason, I invite you to a FREE telephone consultation, giving me the opportunity to find out what you would like to work on and also explain how I work.  If this is not convenient to you, we can always communicate via email.

Once a provisional booking has been made, an invoice will be forwarded to you by email.  All bookings are provisional until full payment has been received.  Payment must be made at least 48 hrs hours prior to the session starting.  Details on how to make payment will be on the invoice – all payments are currently received via bank transfer.



ADULTS (over 18 years) 

£60 per session (approximately 60 minutes)

NOTE: 1st sessions can often last longer (between 60-90 mins) with no extra charge.


Smoking cessation is charged separately at £99 (approximately 60 minutes).

IMPORTANT: All fees are payable in advance

ALL sessions are now carried out over ZOOM.

ALL sessions can include a mix of Coaching, Hypnotherapy & EMDR, depending on what you would like to work on.

Coaching helps you to move forward from a stuck position (often the past) and focus on what possibilities lie ahead.

Hypnotherapy uses the power of suggestion to encourage a positive change.

EMDR removes unwanted emotions.

ALL together, the different techniques work extremely well.

You are welcome to book individual sessions, with no pressure or hard sale to book ongoing sessions.  For people who want more than one session, I always suggest that you leave some time between sessions (at least one week) to allow the work we have done in the session to fully take effect.

Successful therapy requires commitment from both you (the client) and I (the therapist).  I am completely committed when working with my clients and I request the same commitment from you when working together, to ensure the best outcome.
