Coaching bridges the gap between where you are now, and where you would like to be (your goals and aspirations), far more effectively than when working alone.
Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than the past. As the coach I am not the expert but, a facilitator to help you move forward by helping you to remove blocks and recognise your strengths. Coaching generates positive changes through feeling motivated, encouraged, supported and empowered.
The coaching relationship is equal between you (the client) and I (the coach), both working on what comes up for you in the present moment, to enable you to break down unhelpful barriers and allow the creation of positive change.
As each individual is unique, I use a variety of techniques, tailoring each session to your needs, which can include; Coaching, Hypnotherapy and/or EMDR, depending on who I am working with and the outcome desired.
